Standard outdoor booth rental. Bring your own tent/canopy. Add-on spaces available: first add-on $10, each additional $5.

10×10 Indoor — Prime$50

Temperature-controlled prime indoor space inside the Columbia Auto Auction building. Best visibility and comfort.

10×10 Indoor — Lane$40

Indoor space located in the building lane. Climate-accessible at a great value.

Vendor Rules

All items must be priced and displayed in an orderly manner.
No live animals, illegal items, or unsafe goods permitted.
Vendors are responsible for collecting applicable sales tax.
Booth fees are non-refundable within 14 days of the event.

Setup Information

Optional vendor setup begins at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 23rd. If you'd like to arrive after 4:00 PM on Friday, please set an appointment by emailing [email protected]. Prefer to skip Friday? You're welcome to set up starting at 6:00 AM on Saturday morning — just be ready to go by 7:45 AM.
